Leslie – Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist

Leslie pursued massage therapy as a career in 2004 and attended Baker College where she obtained her certification in massage therapy. She has been practicing since 2005. Her goal in life is to help relieve people of their aches and pains. Leslie claims, “it is the best feeling in the world to have my clients tell me how much better they feel after they see me!” Over the years Leslie has become specialized in deep tissue, prenatal, cranial sacral, lymphatic drainage, and raindrop massage techniques.

Leslie has had a life-long dream of opening her own business with a team of highly qualified licensed massage therapists and other health and wellness professionals at one location. Peaceful Rivers is her dream come true and anticipates helping people heal for many years to come. Leslie is a devoted wife and mother, who still manages to take time to keep her health and fitness a top priority in life while running her business. She is very driven and determined to provide the best quality of life, not only for her family, but for her clients as well.

Joanna – Licensed Massage Therapist

Joanna Bailey is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist at Peaceful Rivers and has been with the business from the start. Graduating in 2002 from Oympic Career Training Institute, she worked at her home as well as client’s homes while pursuing careers in the health and fitness industry.

Her massage technique combines relaxation, deep tissue and relaxation to ease the stress of our busy lives. Using modalities such as cupping, Guasha, Hot Stone, Raindrop and Barefoot massage, she has something for everyone.

When Joanna isn’t serving her clients, she is a L2 Crossfit Coach at Triple River Crossfit. She enjoys helping people learn and grow as athletes and getting a good workout in herself.

Adrienne – Licensed Massage Therapist

Adrienne is a Licensed Massage Therapist who has been practicing at Peaceful Rivers since 2021. Helping people find relief from chronic pain is her passion. She specializes in deep tissue massage that is both relaxing and effective. Her technique ranges from gentle to firm at the request of each client. She often will employ stretching techniques during the session, so if you’d like a more still and peaceful massage feel free to let her know. Adrienne also likes to suggest stretches and exercises that support the bodywork being done, empowering clients to continue their healing journey between massages.

Marilyn – Licensed Massage Therapist

Hello I’m Marilyn! I graduated from American College Massage School in 2021, and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since November 2021. As someone who prioritizes my own health and wellness, I have found an immense passaion for helping others take care of their body and mind. I specialize in Swedish massage (relaxation focused), prenatal massage, sports massage and deep tissue work. I enjoy helping my clients feel relaxed, happy, safe and hopefully a bit more pain free (if they are expieriencing any) once they leave! Hello, my name is Brenda. I am a licensed massage therapist and bodyworker. I graduated from Kalamazoo Center of the Healing Arts in 2023. I’ve been a beauty junkie my whole life, so I decided to turn my passion into a career. I graduated esthetician school in 2022. As a licensed esthetician I specialize in lash extensions, facials and makeup. I love making others feel beautiful and can’t wait to help you reach your goals!
